Monday – Friday (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
and Alternate Saturday (9.00 am – 1.00 pm

Job Descriptions

• Relevant supervising working experience in warehouse
• Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the program
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely
• Plan and organize to meet customer requirement / satisfaction continually
• General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to performance standard
• Arrange the movement of staff in each activity, if required
• Lead a team of warehouse coordinators to perform warehousing operations
• Ensure the smooth flow of all shipment and warehouse activities Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
• Responsible for issuing and receiving stock as well as packaging of stock
• Required to plan incoming and out-going orders
• Communicate & Implement change as directed
• Any other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
• Analytical and meticulous with good command

Requirements

• Relevant supervising working experience in warehouse
• Candidate must possess at least “O” level / Diploma
• At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Candidates with forklift license will have an added advantage
• Physically fit and hardworking
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage (to liaise with associates)
• Able to work independently
