and Alternate Saturday (9.00 am – 1.00 pm)

Job Descriptions

  • To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
  • To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
  • Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis
  • Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management
  • Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory
  • Must be able to carry physical workload in warehouse
  • Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager

Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience in customer service
  • Minimum O-Level
  • Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision
  • Possess positive attitude
  • Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment
